Cockroaches are one of the most common type of household pests. We use our organic pesticide treatment to bring these critters under control.
Unlike most off the shelf cockroach gels, our material is non-toxic to mammals and completely safe to be around children and pets.
What are the signs of an infestation?
Some signs of a cockroach infestation include:
Small droppings on your walls and floors, particularly around the corners (appear as black dots)
Cockroach casings / dead cockroaches
Bad odour
Seeing cockroaches during the day!
How often should I be treating for cockroaches?
We recommend applying cockroach gel around "hot spots" every 6 to 11 months. Unless you have an existing infestation the treatment for prevention is part of our General Pest Control service.
What is the process?
Firstly, we assess whether your property is infested with cockroaches. We do this by doing a visual and smell check of whether any cockroach droppings are scattered around your property.
If it is infested, we will apply our unique cockroach gel and treatment throughout the hot spots in your property. Depending on the infestation level, we may require a second treatment after 3 weeks -3 months but you won’t have to pay full price again, under our warranty you get one courtesy $50 top up which is just the cost of the gel and sand.
If it is not infested, we will apply our unique cockroach gel around potential hot spots as a prevention.
TIP
Cardboard boxes and human hair are a cockroach’s favourite snack!
If they can't find food, they start to cannibalise. So ensure that you are keeping your property cardboard-free and fill any gaps and cracks in walls, tiles and plumbing.
